Seismic protection

It is well known that a steel framed structure provides the best protection in case of earthquake. Each structural design is calculated to meet the Romanian building code.

In an earthquake, the ground moves sideways and vertically, shaking the house. The structure needs to flex to accommodate this unexpected movement and the steel frame allows this because the walls, floors and roof are all firmly fixed together.
